2. ACCURACY OF PRODUCT INFORMATION
Toi Toi Toys specializes in action figures, statues, and collectibles. While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or detail will be 100% accurate.

Packaging: Collector-grade items are sold primarily for the figure inside. While we take great care in shipping, we cannot always guarantee "mint" condition packaging unless explicitly stated.

3. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed.

4. PRE-ORDER POLICY
Many items on Toi Toi Toys are available for Pre-Order.

Release Dates: Estimated arrival dates are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change due to production or shipping delays.

Payments: Payments for pre-orders are typically collected at the time of purchase to secure your item.

Cancellations: Pre-orders may be subject to a cancellation fee if cancelled after a certain period, as we commit to stock based on your order.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Toi Toi Toys is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure events.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their country.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return Window: You have [e.g., 14] days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Opened items generally cannot be returned due to their nature as collectibles.

Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged (the figure itself, not just the outer shipping box), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
